• In order to Book ticket, remittance may be made at least one day prior to the date. For Monthly Pass remittances made within this window period, the customer has to inform the branch concerned through other means to ensure his/her Member registration
• All online payments towards user accounts will be reflected in respective Member IDs within 24 Hours unless some processing work or maintenance activity is being done or some unavoidable circumstances beyond the control may occur.
• An SMS will be sent to the registered mobile number of the customer once the online payment gets accounted
• The Customer cannot initiate an Online cancellation of booking request
